This highlights the need for verifiable interfaces; it does not mean a material, tool or process is qualified or available at a particular fab.

For a project, this can help frame routes and validation entry points; production capacity, material compatibility, tool status, schedule, cost and release ownership still require written confirmation from the specific provider.

素微编辑观察：试验线、开放平台或设备演示提供的是验证起点，不是放行终点。建议将目标材料/部件和版本、目标失效模式、试片结构与数量、前后处理限制、工艺窗口、量测方法与不确定度、抽样规则、合格阈值、复测与异常处置、数据交付格式及最终放行责任写入同一版计划。这样才可判断中试结果能否外推到下一阶段。素微 editorial note: pilot lines, open platforms and tool demonstrations are validation starting points, not release endpoints. Put target material/component and revision, failure modes, coupon stack and count, handling limits, process window, metrology and uncertainty, sampling, acceptance thresholds, retest/disposition, data format and final release owner in one versioned plan. Only then can pilot evidence be assessed for the next stage.

Public platform information can form a question list, but does not replace provider commitments on fit, availability, schedule and acceptance boundaries.
