接触角能回答什么，不能替代什么What a contact angle can—and cannot—answer

接触角仪通过液滴图像测量固体表面的静态或动态接触角；高校洁净室设备资料也将其用于润湿性、表面/界面张力和表面自由能的表征。[1][2] 它可作为清洗、表面改性、涂胶附着或键合前状态的对比证据，但单个角度值不能单独证明表面化学、洁净度或最终粘接强度。A goniometer measures static or dynamic droplet contact angles; facility tools also support wettability, interfacial properties and surface-energy characterization. [1][2] It can compare cleaning or surface-treatment states, but one angle alone does not prove chemistry, cleanliness or final bond strength.

常见风险Common Risks

粗糙、图形、边缘、挥发、吸液与表面不均会改变液滴形状；不同液体、滴体积、等待时间、拟合模型和操作者也会使结果不可直接横比。Roughness, patterns, edges, evaporation, absorption and nonuniformity change drop shape; liquid, volume, timing, fitting model and handling also affect comparability.

送样与验收怎样写才可执行Make sample handoff and acceptance executable

请把对照组和处理组并列，注明每片的清洗、烘烤、等离子或化学处理及结束时间；为每组指定相同的测点区域、液体、滴体积、取像延迟和重复次数。验收宜约定比较逻辑（例如处理前后趋势、组间差值或是否出现不均），并同时保留角度结果、液滴图像与异常说明。具体设备能力、污染限制、测量参数和可接受窗口由接收平台确认。List control and treated samples side by side with their process end times. Fix the test area, liquid, drop volume, image delay and repeats for every group. Agree comparison logic and retain angle results, images and anomalies; the receiving facility confirms tool limits and acceptable windows.

与现有工艺页的边界Boundary with related process pages

接触角是表面状态的测量入口，不是等离子配方、去残胶或增粘处理本身。若要改变表面，先看等离子表面活化；若要解决涂胶前附着问题，参照HMDS 增粘；若关注形貌或粗糙度，应另行核对AFM 表面粗糙度。Contact angle measures surface state; it is not a plasma recipe, descum or primer process. Use the related activation, HMDS and AFM pages to frame those separate decisions.
